As promised, here are photos from the ceremony! The venue is called the Spire at Sunset Station, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We had our reception there too, in the back of the room! Again, all photos by Bend the Light.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful wedding!
ReplyDeleteI'm Episcopalian, but it's not just Catholic priests that wear that collar. Many denominations wear the collar. Catholics and Episcopalians actually have a different stole that they wear for special ceremonies and services and mainly wear the collar for everyday stuff :)
Those last two pics are the show stoppers. Your expression looking at him should be just about one of HIS favorite pictures ever! ;) And the BW pic is just gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteRent-a-preacher? That's hilarious to me. My father IS a minister and he actually performed my ceremony (and my brother's...and my sister's). Hey, at least you have a funny story to go along with the pics. :)
Loving these!! I think that color is so pretty that you chose..teal, green...its right up my alley!
ReplyDeleteMy fav, so far is you looking at him while he's looking at the camera. :)

ReplyDeleteI love this venue! The beams and the stone and the brick. Oh perfection!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness so cute! I love looking at Wedding pictures. The colors you guys chose were amazing! My favorite one is towards the end when your exiting and your looking at your hubby while he looks at the camera.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Beautiful wedding! :)
Gorgeous venue, beautiful bride & groom! I love your dress. I'm glad I got to see these as I read your "love story" awhile back and didn't remember ever seeing pictures of your wedding! I agree, now that I've been married for over 5 years there are definitely certain things I would change, but mostly just with silly things like decorations and of course the little mishaps that always happen. The feelings and the memories I would never change! Oh, your "rent-a-preacher" comment made me laugh, that is hilarious, I wonder if he has a collection of suits for every different denomination and got mixed up? haha!
